Product Description
The metal-sealed ball valve connects the left valve seat and the
left valve body together to form an integrated
valve seat. The ball and the integrated valve seat in the left
valve body constitute a sealing pair. The installation
of the ball valve on the pipeline is directional, the left end is
connected to the downstream pipeline, and the right
end is connected to the upstream pipeline.
Through the combined action of the medium pressure of the upstream
pipeline and the pre-tightening thrust of the
elastic pad from the bottom end of the right valve seat, the sphere
makes the sphere close to the integrated valve
seat in the left valve body, forming a sealing pair to achieve the
sealing of the ball valve.
The right valve seat only guides and preloads the ball. Due to the
integrated valve seat, the number of parts of the
ball valve is reduced, and the leakage point between the seals is
reduced. Such an integrated valve seat prevents
the leakage of the medium around the valve seat. The structure is
simple and the sealing performance is excellent,
which can truly realize zero leakage of the ball valve. It is very
suitable for special working conditions and occasions
such as solid particles or dust.
